As these projects start at some not predictable date, this is something that needs to be addressed quite fast. The operations require both technical and relationships skill as the process always requires some kind of interaction with both management inside the company, and referrals in the commissioning customers.

The replication is the first step to make an environment that will later will be scaled up to make it available to all the people getting on board, that are never already staffed when the project starts.
