Ideas Value More Than Techie Knowledge Alone
Ideas get sold where knowledge is not
We found, on our direct experience, that large companies hire more people bringing ideas, enthusiasm and a pleasant personality than only knowledge when involving small external people in their commitments.
It is unlikely that a 10.000 peoples company cannot find and intern to get some techie task done. Still many times we and other small firms are involved in urgent or important projects.
Although we bring a solid knowledge on the topics, what seems more valuable is our contributions of ideas, ways to reduce costs, ways to scaling up, and ways to a better flow around the job.
Bring some humor
We found that is important to bring value by loving your job, thinking of better ways to go on, and putting also some kind of humor. Large companies that commit us recurring jobs remember us more for this than for what we actually do, also we think we do it good.
We found by our own experience that ideas can be sold where other things cannot.

Working in harmony
Having a good sense of humor is strictly related to being able to work in harmony with other teammates and fueling the effort with a contagious enthusiasm.
Many times days ended quite late and just because security was closing the doors, 10pm or 11pm, depending on the company rules… Still we were looking around to find some place to eat something together, to enjoy some more time.
Teaming is about people, and the best we remember in our mind is the great people we had the chance to know, and we still have dinners and exchange ideas and opinions, after more than 8-10 years with some of this colleagues.
